our connections make up so much of our universe. and if you often feel anxious in your relationships… or even the dreaded feeling of being desperate, it’s very possible that you may also feel drained, uneasy, and unsure of yourself in other areas of your life.

anxiety often creates an environment where self-criticism flourishes effortlessly. which means that I can be so easy to lose touch with mindful presence, and stop listening to your inner wisdom.

I’m a licensed Canadian clinical therapist, and I use a blend of EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Inner-Child Work, and mindfulness based body-centred practices.

these therapeutic tools help get to the heart of your challenges, by gently allowing your mind to re-process old information that is no longer serving you. it also allows you to improve your brain-body connection, so that you can feel more balanced.
